The process is straightforward and typically takes just
15 minutes via a secure online video call with a qualified solicitor. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, receive clear advice and walk away with everything you need to proceed confidently.
The Process (How it Works):
- Pay £100+VAT upfront to secure your appointment
- Get redirected to our solicitor’s booking system
- Choose a date and time for your video call
- Pay the remaining £150+VAT before or at your appointment
- Receive your signed ILA certificate
£250 + VAT total per person, per property (You can adjust the quantity on the payment page if more are required)
