Your client can instruct the quote or you can do it for them. These steps will show you how:

Step 1. Click on 'View Quotes' and find the client you would like to instruct

Step 2. Find the client you would like to instruct.

Step 3. Click the '+' icon next to the client you would like to instruct.

Step 4. Click 'Ready to Instruct' in the bottom right of the box. 

Step 5. Convi will get notified and we'll get in touch with the client! 

We do things slightly different at Convi, check out the smooth process your customers will go through below!

Step 1: Receive quote

Step 2: Client or referrer instructs quote

Step 3: Convi calls client to discuss quote, the next steps and any questions. 

Step 4: Convi Processes initial payment for File Opening Fee and Search Pack 

Step 5: Client gets sent initial documents to fill out online, Convi contacts the Estate Agent to give them the acting Solicitors details, Convi orders the property searches. 

Step 6: The acting Solicitor progresses the case through to completion

Step 7: Convi provides regular updates to both you and your clients

The client and the referer can call Convi at any time throughout the transaction for support!
